On the baby front we met with our midwife (or one of the three that work at the birthing center) and we heard the heart beat. It turns out that what I was hearing with my ear on Nat's tummy was Nat's heart, not the baby's. Its too small to hear without the proper tools.
With immanent fatherhood approaching I have begun to think in a way that is foreign and strange too me. The other day I was planning an earthquake preparedness kit. Not too long ago I have had a less than satiating dinner because I didn't have a its-a-holiday-and-stores-are-closed-so-I-can't-use-the-grocery-store-as-my-pantry preparedness kit. So doing real world planning is an interesting change. Also, though it may be a bid pre-mature, Nat and I have been thinking about schooling, after all, when selecting a Jedi-academy or School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, one can not do enough research.
Well thats all for now, hopefully for your sake, Nat will be responsible for the next post.
